Story Tab
This section will present information on the Story tab in the Workspace module, what does a typical Story include, and how can one use the Story feature.
What is a Story? Imagine that you can create, analyze, and share a visually rich story with help of a map (that is powered by powered by geospatial data and artificial intelligence) by embedding image, audio, video, or pdf.
The following story points can be added a story:
- Standard AOI
- Historical Imagery
- Comparison Slider
A story consists of story points. You can add as many story points - as needed - to present a story. Once a story is ready, you can publish it on the marketplace and share your stories privately within your own organization or publicly to a wider audience. gIQ also enables you to export your stories, view stories published by your team members, and add stories to your favorites list.
How can I use the Story feature?
Think of the story that you want to tell with the geospatial data that you have.
For example, you can author a story of how, when, where, and why the California wildfires started or create a story of how the once-in-a-lifetime rains flooded the UAE region.
